Money and banking may seem abstract to your student. BECU, Washington state’s largest credit union, will help demystify the financial world for kids in fun and practical ways on this bank tour.
- Learn about basic banking and what it means to save money
- Get a piggy bank and other fun goodies!
- Ask questions about careers in banking
Cost: Free if you show up. There is a $5 registration fee per student that will be fully refunded after the tour as long as you show up.
Registration: Adults have to register and attend this activity. If your student will drive him/herself to the event, then a parent doesn't have to attend. It's free for adults to register and attend the event. There is no drop off for this activity (or any Exploring Families activity) per the Exploring Families Rules. We have to count bodies (students and adults) for this event since there is limited space. Please always register all the people who will attend an activity, both adult and student(s).
Payment is required in advance via credit card, debit card, check, or cash. There is no "Pay at the Door." Your reservation is confirmed when payment is received. Payment is due 3 days before the event. If payment is not received by then, your reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: You can have a full refund if you contact Exploring Families 3 days before the event. There is no refund if you cancel 3 days before the event.
