The OLC shares a parking lot with the Pasadena Park Elementary School. Drive through the school parking lot and the OLC is the first little building you come to on the right (not the last one straight ahead.)
From 10 am to 12 noon the lessons are focused on animals and habitats of our local ecology. Come explore the various ecosystems of Spokane County while learning about wildlife and the clues they leave behind for us. Students will participate in interactive lessons that will give kids skills to understand what's happening around them in the natural world. Our lessons includes hands-on time with animal artifacts. Our educational raptors will also be teaching students about their amazing features that make them extraordinary hunters.
From 1 - 3 pm, the educational adventures will focus on Native Americans. You'll discover their rich history all around us and play games that Native American children used to play long ago. There will be a creative craft and exceptional activities to accompany the lively learning.
