Geology is the science that deals with the dynamics and physical history of the earth, the rocks of which it is composed, and the physical, chemical, and biological changes that the earth has undergone or is undergoing. Come explore the geology of local cliffs in Hangman Creek with Kent from the Ice Age Flood Institute. You will begin your earth, rock, and history studies at the cliffs at Campion Park. Then we'll carpool north past the Creek at Qualchan Golf Course on the service road between Hwy 195 and the Golf Course. Ages: Recommended for grades K-12 however all ages can attend.
